Dr. Christopher Balgobin — or, as his patients know him, Dr. BBL — is the founder and medical director of Arijai Aesthetics & Wellness. His own experience with skin-removal surgery more than a decade ago fuels his commitment to helping others achieve confidence through aesthetic enhancement. That journey led him to dedicate his career to cosmetic surgery and regenerative medicine, and to build a practice where the surgeon, not a delegate, performs the procedure.
